Nogosee Intelligence terms of service

Last updated: May 19, 2026. These terms describe acceptable use of Nogosee Intelligence public pages, tracker views, capped exports, newsletters, and request forms.

Service Scope

Nogosee Intelligence provides public-source cybersecurity, AI, cloud, infrastructure, vulnerability, incident, procurement, and disclosure monitoring. The service is for research, security awareness, workflow triage, and operational context. It is not legal, investment, incident-response, or compliance advice.

Source Grounding

Nogosee links to primary public sources when available and may translate, normalize, summarize, score, or classify records for English-language readers. Source agencies, vendors, companies, researchers, publishers, and platforms retain their own rights in their original material.

Accuracy And Corrections

Public-source monitoring can be incomplete, delayed, mistranslated, or superseded by later disclosures. Readers should verify important claims through the linked primary source before making operational, legal, financial, or security decisions. Correction requests can be sent through the contact page.

Public Use Limits

Normal reading, citation, sharing, small workflow checks, and capped public exports are allowed. Bulk scraping, dataset dumping, bypassing rate limits, republishing the database as a competing feed, probing private endpoints, or using the service in a way that harms availability is not allowed.

Commercial Access

Commercial feeds, higher-volume exports, custom monitoring scopes, API integrations, and redistribution require written permission. Public "API access available on request" language does not grant automatic commercial rights.

Advertising And Reader Revenue

Nogosee may use advertising, reader-revenue tools, newsletters, waitlists, sponsorship discussions, or commercial data-access requests to support the service. Sponsored or commercial material should not change the requirement that public intelligence pages remain source-grounded and correction-friendly.

Contact

For corrections, licensing, API access, commercial data use, or policy questions, contact Nogosee through the public contact page.
